The five essentials are learnt during the Stage 1-3 course and are repeated throughout the Racing Certificates as they are fundamental to boat speed. How do you remember the five essentials? Perhaps one of these two mnemonic might help? |

Training was cancelled on the 21st due to extreme weather and flooding. The foreshore has taken a battering. Nine hardy Juniors attended the training on the 28th led by Luke Shaw Regional Coach and enjoyed light winds and fresh temperature! A big thanks to all those who helped lug boats up and down. |
